McK_Wireless

The McK_Wireless network is provided by the CSI department. The network has a high speed connection to the internet that is independent of the McKendree network. It provides wireless connections using the 802.11b/g standard.

Keep in mind, this system is being supported by the CSI division on an on a volunteer basis. As a result, outages are addressed when volunteer time is available. This network is maintained with the best effort that the volunteers are able to provide, as a result, while the network is active most of the time, there is no guarantee that it will be active on a 24/7 basis.
